Customer base growth
Through Norbar Torque Tools India
Hello, I’m Jitesh Chavan
Operations, growth, and business transformation.
I partner with businesses to strengthen operations, improve execution, and accelerate growth.

How I work
Growth becomes difficult when priorities multiply, ownership becomes unclear, and teams begin solving the same problems in different ways. My work focuses on bringing those parts together.
How can a business grow without allowing complexity to slow it down?
That question has guided my journey from the manufacturing floor to technical sales, leadership consulting, entrepreneurship, automation, and global business operations.

How my career evolved
Select a chapter to explore the experience, responsibilities, and lessons that shaped my work.
2010–2011 · Assemblon
Manufacturing quality taught me how process discipline and small operational decisions influence quality, cost, delivery, and customer confidence.
My professional journey began in manufacturing quality at Assemblon, an electronics manufacturing services company supporting high-precision production for OEM customers.
Working close to the production floor taught me that quality is shaped by hundreds of small decisions. A minor variation in one process can influence defects, delivery schedules, operating costs, and customer confidence.
I led quality assurance activities that helped reduce defects by 18%, resulting in estimated annual savings of approximately ₹10 lakh. I also helped maintain 99.2% compliance with OEM quality standards.
Understand what is happening at the operational level before attempting to redesign the system.
2014–2015 · Norbar Torque Tools India
Technical sales brought me closer to customers and showed me how industrial businesses evaluate and adopt complex solutions.
At Norbar, I worked with manufacturers across automotive, aerospace, oil and gas, and heavy engineering.
My role involved understanding technical requirements, simplifying torque-control applications, conducting demonstrations, and recommending solutions suited to each customer’s operating environment.
I helped expand the North India customer base by 35%, added more than 100 new accounts, contributed approximately ₹22 lakh in new revenue, supported new channel partners, and delivered more than 200 technical demonstrations.
Customers invest when they understand how a solution addresses a real quality, safety, compliance, or productivity problem.
2015–2018 · School of Inspirational Leadership
Leadership consulting moved me from technical problem-solving into organizational development and transformation.
I worked with founders, executives, managers, and corporate teams to understand leadership gaps and develop programs around communication, decision-making, performance, and organizational growth.
I helped secure more than 15 long-term partnerships, contributing approximately ₹52 lakh in business growth. Programs delivered through these relationships reached more than 1,000 employees and managers.
This experience changed how I viewed transformation. Processes and strategies provide direction, but people determine whether change becomes part of everyday work.
Operations is a combination of systems, people, communication, and ownership.
2018–2019 · Varad Automation & Robotics
Industrial automation brought together manufacturing, technical sales, market development, and project execution.
At Varad Automation & Robotics, I led sales, marketing, and project initiatives while helping conceptualize and launch Visimaster, a machine-vision inspection product line.
My work covered market development, demonstrations, proposals, customer acquisition, product positioning, and project deployment. The business expanded across eight Indian states and added more than 45 clients.
Over 18 months, company revenue grew from approximately ₹1 crore to ₹6.2 crore. Visimaster generated approximately ₹1.8 crore in its first year, while digital initiatives improved lead generation by 42%.
A strong product creates opportunity; positioning, customer confidence, and consistent delivery turn it into growth.
2019–2024 · SalesFlint
SalesFlint taught me to build structure while a business was still changing—and to own the complete outcome.
SalesFlint began with a two-person team and developed into a content, digital growth, and automation business serving companies across industries.
As Co-Founder and COO, I worked across positioning, business development, operations, technology, client delivery, team building, and financial performance.
The company served more than 70 enterprise clients, including UpGrad, Honeywell, Bosch, Adani Airports, and Apollo Tyres, and generated more than ₹8.5 crore in cumulative revenue. I built and managed a 22-member team and introduced AI-assisted workflows, CRM systems, and operational automation.
Build systems before complexity begins to slow the organization down.
2019–2024 · TheLearningBit
TheLearningBit gave me direct experience in education technology, global acquisition, remote teams, retention, and digital delivery.
TheLearningBit was developed as an online English-language learning platform using structured digital programs, automation, and personalized learning pathways.
The platform began with four students and grew to serve more than 18,400 learners across 157 countries. It generated more than ₹12.5 crore in cumulative revenue and was supported by a distributed team of over 40 instructors and support specialists.
My work focused on strategy, learning infrastructure, pricing, acquisition, automation, and operating systems. We reduced learner onboarding from approximately 48 hours to four hours and introduced personalized pathways that improved completion rates.
Technology supports scale, but the learner or customer experience must remain central.
2024–Present · Advanced Innovation Group Pro Excellence (AIGPE®)
Today I bring the different parts of my career together across operations, technology, delivery, automation, teams, and strategic growth.
Today, my primary executive role is Chief Operating Officer at AIGPE®, a global online certification platform serving professionals across more than 193 countries.
I work across operations, technology, program delivery, marketing, analytics, team leadership, learner experience, and strategic growth. Automation through platforms such as Power Automate and Zapier has contributed approximately ₹48 lakh in annual cost savings, while AI-assisted workflows have reduced content-production time by around 65%.
Improvements in personalization, CRM automation, platform experience, and performance analytics supported a 24% increase in enrollment within six months, adding approximately ₹4.2 crore in revenue.
My responsibility is to help AIGPE® grow without losing operational control, program quality, or learner trust. I remain connected to SalesFlint and TheLearningBit as a co-founder; my current executive position is with AIGPE®.
Sustainable scale requires clear ownership, reliable information, and systems that support consistent execution.
Lessons from each chapter
Small variations shape quality, cost, delivery, and trust.
Capability matters only when it solves a real customer problem.
Clarity and ownership turn direction into action.
Product, positioning, confidence, and delivery must work together.
Customers, teams, finances, technology, and direction are all connected.
Clear priorities and reliable systems make growth sustainable.
What I’m working on now
Clearer workflows, accountability, and delivery across functions.
Reducing repetitive work and improving turnaround time.
Dashboards and reporting that support earlier decisions.
Better personalization, communication, delivery, and support.
Education
My education gave me two complementary perspectives. Studying Electronic Science at Fergusson College built a strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving. Later, my master's degree in Embedded Systems, Computer Vision, and Management Studies at Kingston University combined technology with business, showing me how technical decisions influence commercial outcomes.
Today, I apply both perspectives in every role. Whether improving operations, designing automation, or leading cross-functional teams, I approach challenges by understanding how people, processes, technology, and business objectives fit together.
